Answers
Judaism teaches that every word of the Torah is holy and sacrosanct. That means that even the stories that contain explicit descriptions of completely forbidden unions are also holy. However, due to their content, they are not taught in their full understanding to younger children. They are given a version that is designed for a younger audience, using words that are not explicit and that are much softer than the accounts used in explaining to a more mature audience.
