    There is a disagreement among the greatest Rabbis from the previous generations as to whether the Third and Final Beis Hamikdash will be built by human hands or whether it will float down from the Heavens into its correct place on Har HaBayis.

    Rabbi Asher Weiss always explains that there is no real disagreement. Rather, we are building the Holy Temple in the Heavens with our actions – our Torah learning and Mitzvah observance – and when the construction is finally complete, the Beis Hamikdash will descend from the Heavens to its rightful place.
