Speaking About Person Not Vaccinated: “Lashon Hara”?

Is it lashon hara to tell people in the community that a certain individual is not vaccinated (and therefore possibly a danger to be around)?

    I am sure there are authorities who will rule that it is forbidden to inform anyone of someone’s vaccination preferences, but I would not agree with them. I have been taught by my Rav – who is a world renowned Halachic authority in all matters including all medical matters, especially COVID – that it is absolutely permissible to let others know and that there is no issue of Lashon Hara involved.
