Skincare Product : Snail Mucus

Question

Hi, I got a skincare product with snail mucin extract in it. I am wondering if it is forbidden to use since snails aren’t kosher.

    There is no problem whatsoever with using cream that has non-Kosher products in it as the cream is not for ingestion and is solely for external use.
