Shabbos and Running Mascara

Hi

I would like to know regarding Shabbos.

If you wake up Shabbos morning and have black under your eyes from the mascara (make up) which looks dirty. Can you wash it off on Shabbos morning with liquid soap?

    It is permissible to remove the mascara on Shabbos morning. However, one needs to be careful about the issue of “sechita” – squeezing – which is one of the Thirty-Nine Melachos forbidden on Shabbos. This means that one should wipe under the eyes with water and very carefully pat them dry after the color has disappeared.
