When separating Challah is it Harei Zu, or Harei Zo – Challah?

Do Ashkenazim and Sephardim say it differently?

    The standard text is “Harei Zu Challah.” “Zu” is the feminine form of the word “zeh.” Since the word Challah is feminine, the correct text should be “Harei Zu Challah.” I could not find any differences between the Ashkenazic text and the Sefardic text.
