Second Bar Mitzvah – Haftorah

I shall be 83 next year and celebrating my 2nd. bar mitzvah. My sedra is Pinchas. Which haftorah will be said, Pinchas or Mattos?

    Because the Three Weeks will have already begun, the Haftorah for the Parshas Pinchas is the first of the three Haftorahs that lead us to the Ninth of Av. The Haftorah is Yirmiyahu 1:1-2:3.
