Answers
I heard once, many years ago, that the reason why we recite Psalm 92 three times on Shabbat is to establish the fact that Hashem created the world and to reinforce our Emunah. The number three represents the establishment of a fact – what is called a “chazakah” in Hebrew. The underlying theme of Psalm 92 is that until the world was completed, it was not possible to understand why each detail of the Creation was required. But, once Shabbat – the final moment of the Creation – was created, everything became clear.
