Answers
The Zadok calendar uses a consistent 364 days, whereas the Jewish calendar that was formalized by Hillel the Second uses the lunar cycle of 354 days each year, with an additional month added in approximately every three years to ensure that Passover will always fall out in the Spring. Due to the fact that the Jewish yearly cycle revolves around both the lunar and the solar year, it should come as no surprise that the dates are close aligned.
