    If the passing occurred on the thirtieth of Adar 1 the Yahrzeit on a regular (non-leap year) year should be on the thirtieth day of of Shevat which is the first day of Rosh Chodesh Adar. That means that next year the Yahrzeit will begin at sundown on Wednesday the 2nd of March and end on Thursday night the 3rd of March.
