“Vowelization” of the Book of Isaiah

Hi,

1- Was the book of Isaiah written down with the vowels or nekudot?

2- If no, so when were the vowels or nekudot add to this book?

    None of the Books of the Tanach were written with vowels. There was an oral tradition as to how the words should be read that was passed down from generation to generation. I do not know at which point it became the norm to write out the Books of the Torah with the vowels but it preceded the historical beginnings of printing.
