No, it will not become unkosher. Allow me to elaborate a bit:
I am not sure what you mean by an “unclean person.” I assume you refer to a person who has a status of “tamei”- ritual impurity, as is defined in the Torah.
Today there are no real ways of removing such a status of spiritual uncleanliness due to the fact that we do not have the Temple.
And, to answer your question, although everyone is presumed to have this status nowadays, a Jew who is an expert in the Laws of Slaughtering may slaughter an animal and its meat is Kosher is slaughtered and processed properly.
