Studying Medicine With Atheist Friend

Hi Rabbi

Is Halachically allowed to study medical studies [not religious related] with an atheist friend? It might be Pikuach-Nefesh, and it’s something that I can’t study with anyone else.

    If your friend is an atheist because he doesn’t know any better then it is permissible to study with him. If he is rebelling against Hashem by professing to be an atheist then it would be forbidden to study with him.
