Statutes are laws that cannot be understood logically. For example, not mixing wool and linen in a garment is a Torah prohibition that we cannot understand its reason.
Ordinances are civil laws such as the laws of damages and interpersonal relationships.
Decrees are the commandments that revolve around the Jewish week and the year. For example, Shabbat and Festivals are examples of decrees.
