“Spiritual Attacks” in Sleep

How to stop spiritual attacks :

Question:

Shalom Rabbi,

I am disturbed for a couple of weeks now because I have been having a series of attacks when I sleep, and I will always dream fearful dreams these days. When I try to force myself to awake, I see that I can’t awake, my voice will cease and I will be so weak that I can’t raise a finger. I’ll struggle for a few minutes. This has been going on for a while now, and it disturbs me.
I need a solution
