Sheva Brachos

Question

We are getting married for the second time (we are both in our 60’s). Do we have to have Sheba brachos?

    Mazal Tov! Firstly, please accept my blessing that you and your wife are zocheh to build a beautiful Jewish home together.

    If this is a second marriage for both of you, the only Shevah Brochos are the ones recited under the Chuppah and at the festive seudah immediately after the wedding. If it is first marriage for one of you, then there is a whole week of Shevah Brochos.
