Question

I know that i’m not allowed to listen to music sang by a women, but if that person considers themselves to be non-binary, than is it okay?

    According to the Halacha the definition of a person’s gender is defined by the body they were born with and not according to how they identify. That would mean that it would be permissible to listen to a man sing even if they identify as a woman. In the same way, it would be forbidden to listen to a woman sing even if she identifies as a man. The same would be applicable with regards to listening to a person sing who is non-binary.
