Is there a religious reason that the children / people of Williamsburg have not had the measles vaccine?

    No, none that I know of. In fact, the religious leadership in Williamsburg have gone to great lengths to try and explain to their followers that it is imperative that they vaccinate their children. I admit to not being familiar with the demographics but I do think that the majority do vaccinate their children and it is only a small minority that do not.
