    If I understand your question correctly it sounds as if you both need to find a way to enjoy being in each others company. I am not sure what your definition of “quality” is but I would define it as time that you spend together in companionship and harmony. You do not necessarily have to be doing something memorable or something exciting – it is enough to just be together and taking pleasure from your spending time together.
