Limited Amount of Words?

Is it true that people have limited words, if so what happens when you run out of them and what is the source for this?

    That is an idea that has been doing the rounds for decades! I, personally, do not know of a source from Chazal – Talmud or Midrashic texts – that makes such a statement.
