Answers
Once something has been uploaded or published in a public forum, it is no longer considered to be Lashon Harah to speak about what they have posted. However, things that you may be aware of but that have not been posted, cannot be spoken about. In general, it is important to stress that even when there may be a leniency of some kind, this does not mean that it is the right thing to do. This point is particularly applicable with regards to the Laws of Lashon Harah. We all need to work on ourselves to accustom ourselves to not speak negatively about others – even if it might permissible.
