There is a general rule in Kashrus that anything that whatever come from something non-Kosher is not Kosher. (The inverse is also true, that something from a Kosher source is Kosher.) That means that milt from a non-Kosher fish would not be Kosher. The fact that honey is Kosher is a source of debate in the Talmud and the Halachic authorities.
