Question

To what extent followers of the Jewish faith who are high achievers in all areas – such as Science, Arts, Entertainment, Sport etc – influenced by what it says in the Torah?

    It is hard to know. Most of the public “high achievers” are not religious, so it may not be coming from the Torah, per se. Perhaps it is coming from the Jewish angst and desire to fit in and to “prove” their “nationalistic credentials” by being successful.
