Iodized salt is not chametz. It might be made with Kitniot derivatives, which is a lot less problematic. For Ashkenazim, Kitniot is forbidden to eat on Pesach but does not render your pots and pans unusable for Pesach. Any food left over from Shabbat cannot be used on Pesach. To be on the safe side (and if it is still possible to do so), I would suggest you take your Pesach pots and pans that were used with the salt to do haga’alah with boiling water.
