I could not find a source that indicates what the name of the angel was. But this is not surprising since the Torah is not a history book, recording every detail and description. Rather, it is a teaching of the mitzvahs that we received from God, moral lessons, and other words from Above that carry essential and eternal messages, which impart the wisdom for living correctly in this world.
