Gevinat Akum: Non-Aged Cheese

Question

Does the prohibition of Gevinat Akum not apply to cheese which is not aged for 6+ months? I ask because Moshe Feinstein says it doesn’t apply to non hard cheeses, and we learn from Halacha in issur veheter hard is defined as aged 6 months

    Again, as with Rabbi Joseph Sloveichik, please allow me to suggest that “Moshe Feinstein” is a somewhat disrespectful way to refer to one of the greatest Halachic authorities of the previous generations. I, personally, feel that it would be more appropriate to refer to him as “Rabbi Moshe Feinstein”.
