Fresh squeezed fruit juice with no additives does not require any Kashrut supervision. If there are additives it does require supervision. The exception to the rule is grape juice. Any drink that has fresh grape juice (or grape concentrate) in it is not Kosher unless it has specific supervision stating that it is Kosher.

I do not understand if anyone grind fresh grapes and take the juice from the grinder immidiately then it will be grape juice not wine but why it will not kosher?please explain
It’s a Rabbinical decree to forbid drinking such wine and grape juice since it was (and may still be in some places) the way of pagans to use “the fruit of the vine” for their idolatrous offerings.
