Ezekiel 37:24

in Rabbi David Altshuler commentary on Ezekiel 37: 24 we read:

(מלך המשיח הבא מזרע דוד יהיה מלך עליהם)

is this translation correct?

“King Messiah, will come from seed of David, will be king over them.”
