Does God Love Me?

Question

Does God love me? How do you know?

How do we know that everything that God does is really for the good? How do we know that God Himself is good?

Why should I want to serve Him if He just keeps putting me through so much pain again and again??

    Yes, God loves you. The same God that sends us such incredible difficulties in our live is the same God who sends so much blessing as well. Of course, each person is different and what helps one person may not help another but please allow me to share with you what I find helpful in building up my relationship with God. I find that not focusing solely on the difficulties within my life and trying to focus on the blessings instead is a very effective way of feeling the love that God has for me.
