Answers
Rav Moshe Feinstein rules that a child over the age of seven can be relied upon for Dinei Yichud. Therefore, it would seem that an eleven-year-old boy should be fine. However, it does somewhat depend on the maturity level of the child and whether they are able to understand what is happening around them and they are able to explain to others what they saw.
