Charoset Recipe

Question

Can haroset be made of literally anything you want? Like any types of fruits, nuts, or other KFP ingredients you wish? Or must one follow the tradition of their family or community?

    In theory, charoset can be made as you wish. However, due to the fact that Pesach is the time of the year that family traditions are normally very important, I would suggest keeping to the traditional family recipe.
