Answers
First, please accept my Bracha that you be blessed with a Refuah Shelaymah.
The simplest thing is to have your wife or a daughter, over the age of Bas Mitzvah, drink the wine for you at Kiddush or Havdalah. If you prefer, they can actually make Kiddush and drink the prerequisite amount of wine or grape juice themselves.
If there is no other alternative, you can make Kiddush or Havdalah, and a son who is under the age of Bar Mitzvah but old enough to understand that they are performing a Mitzvah can drink the wine.
