Blessing of Our Families

Question

Rabbi,

Concerning blessing of our families, a husband will bless his wife and recite Eishet Chayil, then bless his children, May G-d make you like Ephraim and Manasseh; May God make you like Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah. Is there any precedent for a woman to bless her husband in like manner?

    There is no precedent that I am aware of but that does not mean that it may not be done. If the wife wants to bless her husband that he be like Ephraim and Menashe, there is no reason why she should not do so.
