Does it matter if it’s a bike track or street biking in a bike lane?

    It would be preferable not to go on a biking holiday during the Nine Days, but it is certainly permissible to ride a bike during the Nine Days. This is so, regardless of whether it is being ridden on a bike track or a designated bike lane.
