Answers
There are two Talmuds. The most famous one is the Babylonian Talmud which is multi-volumed and encompasses the breadth and the depth of the Oral Torah. The second Talmud is the Jerusalem Talmud which is more difficult to study as it is less extensive and also not as easy to absorb the information that it contains becausae it was written under extremely harsh conditions in the Land of Israel during the Roman conquest. However, all agree that the Rabbis of both the Babylonian Talmud and the Jerusalem Talmud were imbued with Divine Inspiration (Ruach haKodesh in Hebrew).
