No. There is no lower case or upper case in the Hebrew language. The letters remain the same regardless of what words they are being used for.
According to the commentaries the “desirable among women” is actually a reference to the Jewish Nation, which is metaphorically referred to as a woman in the Song of Songs.
The commentaries explain that it is a reference to Constantine the Great (circa. 300 CE) who converted to Christianity.
