Answers
If the woman has experienced being Niddah at some point in the past before her marriage then she would be obligated to go to the Mikve before her marriage. If she has never experienced being Niddah then she is not obligated to go to the Mikve. Despite not being obligated to immerse herself I would suggest that she does so anyway as the Mikve is an experience of spiritual cleansing and it reinforces and helps to enhance the awareness of both the Chattan and the Kallah to the fact that marriage is a holy endeavor.
