Question
Ezekiel 21:2, 3, 4, 5: Son of man,set thy face toward Yerushalaim, and drop toward the holy places, and prophesy "against" the land of Yisrael, (3) And say to the land of Yisrael, Thus saith YHVH ; Behold, I am "against " thee, and will draw fort My "sword" out of His sheath, and will "cut off " from thee the "righteous" and the "wicked" (4) Seeing then that I will "cut off" from thee the "righteous" and the "wicked", therefore shall My sword go forth out of His sheath against "all flesh" from the south to the north: (5) That "all flesh" may know that I have drawn forth MY sword out of His sheath: It shall "not return" any more.
In these passages Hashem is decreeing His judgment upon the righteous and the wicked.
Is Hashem saying that there are no righteous because the "self righteous" resemble the wicked?
[Genesis 18:25 That be far from Thee to do after this manner, to "slay " the "righteous" with the "wicked": and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from Thee. Abraham ascertains Hashem is equitable, loving, kind, merciful and long suffering. Surely the righteous aren't recompensed as being wicked. Hashem declares His sword shall not return to His sheath. Is Hashem's "visitation day" prophetically upon the inhabitants of the earth? There is NO PEACE anywhere around the world. Agents of anarchy are annihilating the the innocent, and holiness is abhorred. Judges 21:25 In those days there was no king in Yisrael : every man did that which was right in "his" own eyes (free-will). We as humans have the privilege of choosing whose presence we'll host. Hashem through obedience to Torah or Satan (Yetzer Hara) aversion, abhorrence, to the light of Torah. In conclusion the glittering sword is out of His sheath slaying all those who those heathen nations that willfully oppose Hashem. Iyov 21:14 Therefore they (heathen) say unto G-d, Depart from us; for we (heathen) desire not the "knowledge" of Thy ways. Iyov 8:13 So are the paths of all (heathen) that "forget" G-d; and the hypocrite's hope shall perish: Psalms 50:22 Now consider this, ye (heathen) that "forget" G-d, lest I "tear" you (heathen) in pieces, and there be none to deliver. Abram was a "gowy" when Hashem sought him out. Jewishness isn't a blood line because Abram was from Uwr a city that was known for moon worship and he worshipped many pagan deities. Yet when Hashem called qara & Abram shama obeyed that still small voice that whispered within the ear of his "heart". Because he was shama to the process thus began his journey departing from Abram and becoming Abraham embracing Torah teaching being taught by the Spirit of Hashem. Wouldn't this have confirmed his becoming a Jew? Ruth was a Moabitess yet renounced Moab within her heart and received the emeth of Hashem, the only G-d. Here again a choice was made inwardly to be infused with Presence of G-d. Ruth studied Torah truths and is the grandmother of beloved David. 2 Chronicles 19:7 For there is no iniquity with YHVH our G-d, nor "respect" of persons, nor taking of gifts. Hashem is a G-d of inclusion for all who obey Torah & respect Him as Almighty Existing One. Hashem desires that all men would host His Holy Presence and exhibit the essence of His character in this world and the next. Yirmyah 10:23 YHVH, I know that the way of "adam" not in himself: not in " ish " that waketh to "direct" his steps. We were purposed to be guided by G-d however we ultimately decide. Iregardless of men Hashem's plans are not contingent upon men. The arrival of Mashiach cannot be thwarted by any one people. Hashem is in His earthly house. Hashem will overturn overturn, overturn , it : (wicked) and it ( wickedness) shall be no more, until He (Mashiach) come whose right it is; and I will give it Him(Mashiach) Amen]
