Can it be even if the woman is not pregnant meaning can kissing the osso makom today cause the birth defect when she gets pregnant in the future?

It’s a fascinating question and one that I am not familiar with someone who addresses it. Personally, my feeling is that it would only be applicable for becoming pregnant immediately and not for a pregnancy in the future.
