Proverbs 24:19

Question

“Fret not thyself because of evil men, neither be envious of the wicked.” (Proverbs 24:19).

I read the commentary of Rashi but did not understand the verse.

Please explain the verse.

    Do not associate with evildoers:
    Rashi – One should not mingle with unscrupulous people to emulate their ways.
    Malbim – Do not wonder why the evildoers have not received any punishment. Their time will come.
