Dear Rabbi .. As you know SHRIEM
family is a family used to be jewish in the middle east … But for some curcuimstances some turned to be muslim others to be christains and a lot went to isreal … All I need to know if Some one from this tree family line can join judism

The only way that a person can be accepted as Jewish is if they have incontrovertible proof that they are Jewish. It needs to be absolute proof of an unbroken maternal line that the mothers were all Jewish. Without that, a person cannot be considered to be Jewish and they would need to go through a formal Orthodox conversion to be considered Jewish.
Personally, in your case, I think that perhaps the best way to proceed is to make contact with a local Orthodox Rabbi (or his wife) and ask for advice about your status.
