Question
When it is time for Rabbi to give us a blessing he makes us all turn around and then he blesses our back side. Where did he get this? In other places we have been the blessing was given to our face. I feel rather cheated out of my blessing.

Question
I would like to order replacement china for some of the peices that I am missing. The pattern is discontinued. The problem is sites offering discontinued patterns sometimes are selling used china and sometimes never used/from the factory. I heard that I can not use the china for a year and then kashaer it. Is this correct? How would I kosher it?

Question
Further to my recent question about the letter pey being larger in Berishis, and your response, I may have found an answer in my library! Lawrence Kushner in The Book of Letters (1975) states "The letter Pey is drawn a little larger than other letters in order that it can curl into itself without touching, and if it does, it becomes invalid. " I also have a facsimile of a small Torah I got many years ago from Barton's chocolates which also has large peys in the same verses I referred to!
