Question
Dear Rov I remember at young age just after my bar mitzva getting excited before Rosh Hashana and deciding to make kabolos on myself. Like an idiot I made about 13 Kabolos which in no time of course i forgot about them. but now about 10 years later i remeber that i also imposed a knas on myself for every time i would be over like every time i listen yo radio i would give 50p to tzedaka. does that mean I now owe thousands of pounds to tzedaka?? would the hataras nedarim when i annulled all future vows promisses etc i made before the kaollos cancelled this one or the hataras nedarim after. or if not what to I do I dont even remember all the exact kabolos???? I also would like to ask, I am sure that at some point in my life I have borrowed money to buy a snack or something and forgot to pay back. How would I rectify that
