Question
When I was about 10 years old I was liveing in a foster home. And I was haveing a realy tough time with just about everything. One night I woke up and saw someone or something standing at the side of my bed. I could'nt see a face or body it was like a glowing light in the form of a man...He reached out his hand and said to me "Angel come with us". And he just flew up out of the room and was gone..Now I was very sceard because nothing like this has ever happend to me before. So I did'nt want to back to sleep. ut I would saw about 5 seconds later I was sleeping. This was the first and only time anything like this has happend to me..Soe people saw it was an "Angel" other people say it was a "Wakeing dream" Can you help me with an answer?.Thankyou.

Question
My question is on Pilegesh. ----------------------- ASURIM RAMA Shulchan Arukh siman26 ibn haezer : raavad and many say Mutar, Rosh/Tur + Rambam say asur. I [Tur/Rosh] (repeated by some poskim) Tur copies his father theRosh about a lady who wont go to the mikve from embarresment, and has biyah with a jewish man. Rosh says asur because of Nidah and embarresment (honor).l BACH on TUR siman 26 ibn haezer: Tur/Rosh don't necessarily say asur to have pilegesh ROSH KTHUBOTH 1:12 : Rosh himself says Mutar to have children with pilegesh ll [RambaM] RambaN says the RambaM never said asur l'hedyot (forbidden to commoners). His version didn't have it. BEIT SHMUEL Shulchan Arukh siman26: there is no evidence of Malkut from Rambam R' Yosef miTerani is quoted in Beit Shmuel: a kedeisha only is one available for biyah We see there is doubt on the 3 quoted as asur. It's probable the Tur/Rosh say mutar , and possible Rambam says mutar. Even thoughRambam says asur to get pleasure from a girl, we can assume this doesn't apply to pilegesh, like one's wife. ----------------------- MATIRIM R'YAAKOV EMDEN Sheiloth Yaabatz vol.2 #15: Mutar, was never asur, big mitzvah to publicize the heter RAMBAN TSHUVA 284: Mutar, Ramban doesnt understand the doubt. Tanach mentions pilagshut. Torah/Gemara don't differentiate between king and commoner. RAAVAD NASHIM 1 ESHUTH: Mutar TAZ SIMAN100:2: mutar RIBASH Tur siman26 ibn haezer: seems to permit "from Torah no isur" K'TONETH PASIM Tur siman26: seems to permit "pilegesh in Torah is that she is spsecially for him & goes to mikve" ------------------------ HOW it's done: TALMUD SANHEDRIN RAV: without k'thuba and kidushin R'TAM GITIN daf6 from 'voov': no kidushin no kthuba YAABETZ VOL.2 #15: Pilegesh is mutually initiated verbally and ended verbally (i.e. without bracha, kidushin, kthuba, get). She must live with him. She is known to live with him (if you're worried about the words of R' Eliezer ben Yaakov). I have no doubt pilegesh is Mutar if she is exclusively to him and goes to the mikve. Cherem R' Gershom is only a minhag now, and was not accepted by non-ashkenazim. My question: l) can he be with her for only biyah, or like that she is kedeishah (see R'Yose miTerani insinde Bet Shmuel Shulchan Arukh26)? II) does she have to live with him? if so can she just stay with him sometimes? III) does a man have to support his pilegesh financially IV) does a husband need to ask his wife's permission Please tell me your sources so I can learn this halacha better. I'm sorry, I love you, but if you don't tell me sources it is not halacha. Many say asur yet have no sources besides themselves. Thank You haSh-m yevarech'chem~YD
