is there any way to know that the revelation was really divine- meaning it was from G-d? and any way to know that the torah came from G-d, from the Torah itself? and is there any way to know that G-d really intervened in the Jewish history? ( really all the same question)

Is female masturbation assur/ frowned upon/ etc.? Also, what is assur for a husband to do with his wife (outside of hashchasas zera l'vatalah)? p.s. I am married and Orthodox (and woefully undereducated), if that makes any difference.
