Why are there not more Kabbalistic sects in modern times?

I tend to visit that forum in an adament fashion to engage racism and irrational mythbuilding to debate upon occasion. I am not Jewish. I am christian. I want to know in Jewish customs what is the significance of the folding of the napkin that was around Jesus' head when the disciples entered the tomb and he was not there? Basically, I want to know out of all the grave clothrs why was the napkin folded?
