Question
Planters honey roasted peanuts bear a "K" as the kosher symbol and the ingredients are peanuts, sugar, honey, corn syrup, peanut and/or cottonseed oil, salt, fructose, cornstarch and xanthan gum. I've heard that they're fine kashrus-wise but I was wondering if you could (a) confirm that and tell me why they're ok (b) tell me who certifies the "K" kosher symbol? Thank you so much!
