Hi, I asked this question a while ago, and haven't received my follow up response. I've asked whether it's forbideen to listen to non-jewish music and was told that the problem is iwth the lyrics, not the tunes. however, what if the lyrics to a certain song are very approriate to certain occassion or expression of one's feelings?

How can I do teshuva for the many aveiros that I have done. I feel at times that this is impossible. Is it ok for Jews to study with and teach gentiles the Torah if the gentile is trying to become a better person and is living out what the Jew is teaching him?
