Torah for Non-Jew
Question
I know a black guy, very devout Baptist. He's always into religion, bible, theology, church, his lord, etc, etc. Recently, he asked me for the old testament, he wants the five books of moses. He wants to read it and go through it. I'm not sure what to do. Should i get him a set? if so, what kind? an artscroll? he's very interested in this, and i'm not even sure how to explain the concept that our Torah is more than just the bible - torah, nevaim, kesuvim, ba'al pe'eh and all of that. i'm not sure what i should or should not tell him. how am i supposed to handle this situation? what's allowed, what's inappropriate, and what should i do? Thanks!
