From a reformed or conservative Jewish standpoint is it okay to have sex before marriage?

Is one aloud to practice oral sex with his wife, both receiving and giving?

I live very far away from a Shul, and so I most frequently Daven at home. When davening at home, is it exceptable to do it anywhere provided it is clean? Or should I have a space in my home in which I only Daven, study Torah, and other similar things?

I am interested in what Judaism teaches about how to apologize to someone we have hurt. Please give me, if possible, a breif overview of this and then specifically, if you could tell me what Maimonides wrote on the subject. Thank you very much.
